Quality Guidelines

This document outlines the Quality Guidelines for campaigns submitted to RollerAds. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users and to maintain the integrity of the platform. All campaigns must adhere to these guidelines to be considered for approval and to avoid rejection, suspension, or termination of the campaign or account.

1. Reasons for Rejecting a Campaign

The following are the most frequent reasons for rejecting a campaign:

1. Inability to Open the Campaign: Our moderation team was not able to open the campaign for the selected GEO and devices.

2. Adult Content: Campaigns containing adult or mature content are strictly forbidden are not permitted.

3. Audible Campaign: Sound is forbidden in campaigns.

4. Phishing & Malware: Campaigns promoting phishing, malware, or other harmful codes/software are strictly prohibited.

5. Technical Support: Campaigns related to fake technical support are not allowed.

6. Misleading Ads: Misleading ads, such as a Sweepstakes creative leading to a Dating landing page, are not permitted.

7. Disgusting and Repulsing Creatives: Campaigns with materials or landing pages that are disgusting or repulsing are banned.

8. Software Auto-downloader: Campaigns that auto-download software are not allowed.

9. Drugs, CBD, Alcohol, Weapons: Campaigns promoting drugs, CBD, alcohol, weapons, or content threatening public safety are strictly prohibited.

10. Uskippable Landing Page: Landing pages must have an explicit closing button; otherwise, they are banned.

11. Political and Propaganda Content: Promotion of political advertising, even while targeting specified countries with restrictions and complying with the country specific legal requirements, election laws, and applicable electoral silence periods mandates, is not allowed.

12. Violation of Copyright and Trademark Laws: Campaigns must not violate applicable copyright and trademark laws while using marketing materials protected by the relevant legislation.

2. Prohibited Products and Services

RollerAds prohibits the promotion of products or services in the following categories:

1. Pornography and Adult Content: Campaigns containing pornography, adult, or mature content are not permitted.

2. Fake News or Misleading Content: Campaigns promoting fraud, unofficial, untrue, false, misleading, invented, or re-produced information are not allowed.

3. Malware and Phishing: Campaigns promoting malware, phishing, or other harmful codes/software are strictly prohibited.

4. Illegal Drugs: Campaigns promoting illegal, prescription, or recreational drugs are not permitted.

5. Alcohol and Tobacco: Campaigns promoting alcohol or tobacco are strictly prohibited.

6. Offensive Content: Campaigns containing offensive, abusive, or hate-mongering content are not allowed.

7. Auto-downloading of Software: Campaigns that auto-download software or apps are strictly prohibited.

3. Compliance with Rules

Your campaign must comply with the Terms and Conditions as specified by RollerAds. Additionally, RollerAds reserves the right to reject any content for any reason at our sole discretion.

4. Continuous Review

Please note that campaigns are continually reviewed by our staff, and an active campaign can be suspended at any time. If, after approval, a campaign is modified in a way that does not follow our Guidelines, your account could be suspended or terminated.
